Why there is a competition
People you are going to work with (suppliers or customers) will aspire to derive personal benefit contacting with you. The competition reigns the market, therefore, starting the business, one should be ready to start a hard struggle against the rivals as well.
What steps your competitors can undertake wishing to prevent you to begin the business?
They can:
Reduce the prices for the goods or services;
Declare that you do not pay the bills of your suppliers;
Spread gossips and rumours about you and your business;
Make posponrs to practical realisation of your plans;
Raise the quality of their own goods and services.
It is competition. Your competitors do not want you to begin the business. Why? Because you are a danger to their business and their income. Profit is the most important power.
If you wish to get profit it is necessary to have:
Goods or services which can be sold with a price sufficient to maintain profitbility;
customers who are interested in your goods and services as well as in purchasing them.
A starting point for business of any kind is the presence of demand for the offered goods or services. The majority of beginning businessmen aren`t focused on existing demand but in their own offer In other words, they have sme goods or services which somebody can buy in their opinion. Remember: the offer does not make the demand automatically! It is possible to be a good hairdresser or an excellent artist but your capasities will be useless until you will not manage to sell the services to clients for a certain price, sufficient to make profit. The majority of beginning businessmen do not think what their market is, whether there is a demand for their goods or services. They begin the business and they know only one thing: They are going to offer what goods or services.
