Who can be considered your competitor?

Let us admit that you have listed the companies which are your direct competitors. Now try to answer following questions:
What are the advantages of your goods and services in comparison with the goods and services offered by your competitors?
Whether you know weaknesses of the competitors?
What do you consider to be your own weak points?

Write down the answers.
And now let us work out a plan of actions directed on neutralization of strong points of your competitors and skilful use of their weak places with benefit for.
The question concerns your direct competitors!
If you wish to be engaged in business, it is necessary to remember that demand which exists in the market represents certain quantity of the money which customers can pay for various kinds of  goods and services. Therefore you should compete to other kinds of business to draw attention of the potential clients and to receive money for your goods or services. If, for example, someone has a certain sum of money, there is a possibility that he will spend it on purchase of bread, a sausage, a new shirt, house slippers, a tooth-paste, new portable or something else. And he can buy the goods or services offered by you . Thus, you see that the circle of your potential competitors is much wider than it seems at first sight.
